In the name of fucking Cthulhu, for a second I thought it's a big fish about to eat a small one. Then I realized it's not a small fish, it's a dude in canoe, and the big fish is actually a giant motherfucker of a monster, and we can see it from above. It's amazing what a change of perspective can do.

Holy fuck, that's one amazing character design! Also, the little squirrell sitting on this giant's shoulder is freaking endearing detail.

I absolutely love how Undyne's eye and lip twitch, that's a fantastic detail <3

It's oddly cute and heartwarming, yet sad and frightening. I think it's because these look a lot like baby skulls and dead children are often referred to as "little angels". Beautiful work.
